Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for primary lymphedema, secondary lymphedema, lipidema, and chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). Includes manual lymph drainage, compression bandaging, exercise, and skin care.






General Cancer Rehabilitation


To address range of motion deficits, decreased endurance, muscle weakness, cancer-related fatigue, musculoskeletal dysfunction, joint pain, muscle pain, and for postural education during and after cancer treatment to improve performance for daily functional activities.

Breast Cancer Rehabilitation


For the treatment of pain, muscle weakness, swelling, and decreased range of motion following all breast surgery and reconstructive procedures .

Includes pre and post surgical functional assessments, lymphedema monitoring/treatment, axillary cording, post-mastectomy pain syndrome, and scar tissue management


Head & Neck Cancer Rehabilitation

For the treatment of facial pain, swelling/lymphedema, scar tissue, radiation fibrosis,  difficulty swallowing, decreased cervical mobility, postural imbalance, and muscle weakness following all head & neck cancer surgery and treatment


General Physical Therapy

Beneficial for treating musculoskeletal pain from a variety of causes without surgical intervention, correction of gait abnormalities, restoring 

strength, balance, and ROM; improving posture,  post-operative recovery, addressing muscle sprains/strains, and improving overall functional mobility

Balance Training

To improve gait and balance for fall prevention for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy from cancer treatment or any other condition causing loss of balance due to muscle weakness

Dry Needling

Dry Needling uses very small filiform needles that are inserted in and around muscles and associated trigger points, ligaments, tendons, scar tissue, and nerves to manage pain, reduce inflammation, reduce muscle spasms, improve blood flow, and to address scar tissue and reduce tissue sensitivity.

Elastic Taping

Elastic taping for lymphatic correction, surgical scar management, postural correction, pain management, swelling, inflammation, and muscle imbalance

Compression Garment Fitting

Measuring and fitting for ready-to-wear and custom-made daytime and nighttime compression garments for the upper extremity, lower extremity, head and neck; swell spots, post-mastectomy bras, breast prostheses, and compression camisoles

Compression Pump Evaluation

Intermittent pneumatic compressions pumps can be used as a supplemental treatment for primary and secondary lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), and tissue fibrosis. Your therapist will determine if this is appropriate for you.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage for General Health & Wellness

Great for improving symptoms from chronic conditions and  cleansing toxins from the body to improve overall organ and body function. Also recommended to quickly reduce post-surgical swelling from a variety of procedures, including all plastic and cosmetic surgical procedures

Myofascial Mobilization

For management of tissue fibrosis resulting from radiation, lymphedema, post-surgical scars, as well as musculoskeletal pain management

Telehealth Visits

Telehealth visits are provided from the comfort of your home! Includes but not limited to initial evaluations, follow-up sessions, home exercise programs, pain management techniques, and lymphedema home management techniques

Wellness Visits

Recommended for general exercise guidance for injury prevention and helping to maintain balance, strength, and flexibility. Also includes work-station and home safety assessments
